I think they could use the villians of the games in interesting ways, let´s say, Ganondorf join forces with starwolf team to take down the alliance of heroes, ganondorf using his magic, starwolf team fighting on foot and on the ships, while the starfox team finally accept to help our heroes and link finally face ganondorf on a deathmatch, in the end ganondorf falls from a cliff and starwolf team is defeated but escape, the heroes return to the "heroes base" and the chapter ends with the big surprise of GANON climbing to the top.
