I was impatient. If anyone's interested, get one at Argos, got mine with two games and two controllers for £525 on 9 month interest free, good deal.

So, it seems cool. Motorstorm is good and Virtua Fighter is good. So nice to be able to get online so easily compared with the grief my xbox 360 gave me!
AND, when you register on the net Sony send you a free Blu Ray copy of Casino Royale!! Not bad, and once again, Sony coming up trumps in my opinion in the "caring for our customers" stakes. Don't get me started on Microsofts customer support. And can honestly say never had anything go wrong with a Nintendo product, even my NES still works fine and I've had that 16 years!!

So, to sum up, I'd say if you can afford a PS3, go for it. Motorstorm's gonna be great in multiplayer, and Virtua Fighter 5 kept me entertained for about an hour and a half with just one character, to master them all is going to take a lot of time!

Didn't go for Resistance 'cause to be honest it looks like a second rate Gears of War. Reckon I'll get F1 and Tiger Woods next. And could anyone advise me whether to bother with Genji?? It looks cool but I'm sure I remember a Genji on the PS2 being a bit shabby.

And another lil piece of advice, look in Argos or, I think I saw Sainsburys for games, most are between £35-40 compared to mostly £50 at places like Game.

ya, the controls for resistance suck really really bad, good choice, motorstorm is great though

I might be tempted to go for Rainbow Six, borrowed it off my mate on the 360 and it's a hell of a game, better than Gears in my opinion.

do you even have a ps3?
Resistance is pretty good, it may not be the 'graphical genius' of Gears of War, but the gameplay is pretty good.

So thats why Casino Royale Blu-Ray is doing so damn well. Its the first Blu-ray disc to break top 10 in the movie sales charts...

1. I believe the promo works with european released ps3s only. The EU release was march 23, and i believe casino royal was already doing well before the release of the ps3 in europe.

2. Amazon.com announced that its one of top selling movies. The PS3 thing and amazon.com are different no?

3. the movie was doing well on blue ray without the free movie from the PS3, and i believe its not included in the sales of the actual BR movie itself.

4. i can count to 4.
