I don't live for the next update, but rather I die a little inside after being disappointed week after week.
 
If you hate the updates so much then stop visiting their site or stop reading threads related to their site?
I mean they could have just released the game without any info what so ever.

Would you rather have gotten the delay news and then nothing? Would that have made you happier since nothing was spoiled for you?

You many answer yes, but many would have given up on the game and possibly the system itself due to the fact that one of our 'killer aps' is MIA for so long and we don't get so much as a word as to why.

So before you complain please realize that they did this to keep the game fresh in our minds and make sure it holds public interest.

Eh I'm not complaining for the same reasons you say. I enjoy all the updates and look forward to all of them, but some I can admit I don't enjoy and I'm sure there are some you don't like either. Why does it matter if we say we don't like the update? I'm not dissing Nintendo or anything just annoyed :) I'm sure this is the same in many cases...except in the ones where they are actually like cussing Nintendo out for a crappy update...lol But, and I say this to all, just ignore those posts if it bothers you because there is nothing wrong with them.
 
Squishy, the only reason I complain is this: They've decided to release updates to update the populous with information on Brawl. Now, the fact that they've made this decision is great, but if they're going to kill us (or me anyway) by updating the obvious, it's just a pain. If they wouldn't have updated at all, I wouldn't complain. I wouldn't know anymore then I did from the last E3, and when I got the game, I would be totally flabbergasted with all the options thrown on us.

I sometimes wish they would have never even "blessed" us with these updates.

Okay, so we get a "meh" to "ok" update. More info we already knew (and didn't he already do an official update about most of that FSA stuff? :shocked: ) and a little tidbit or two. For those who were worried, FSAs can be turned off. I'm guessing Tourney's will likely use this a lot. There's also a Pity FSA for the loosing player, which I'm not sure how I feel about...

The music below that update however, makes today a bit more worthwile as it is actually pretty sweet, even if I don't know the game it's from.

*shrug*

Maybe we'll get some really hot news tomorrow.

Oh, and btw, I think the fact that there can be songs from series that are otherwise not-represented supports my theory that we'll see stages from series with no playable characters. I still say there'll be nobody representing Animal Crossing, IMO.

The good things about these little Blah Updates is that NOW they are out of the way, and as it looks thats what they are doing now, I hope on DEC25 they stop updates and then we can discover more of the game without being tempted to look on the site, But the question lies Could there be so much stuff on brawl that all this info they are giving away is all just basic stuff, Could there be so much more that they are hiding from us?.. or WILL be hiding from us?
 
Heheh, this new song is pretty cool. Maybe this game could be released on VC? I might look into it either way.

Great music, but i'm not even going to say anything about the Smash Ball update other that "At least it's out of the way now..."

So we know at least one thing that might have seemed blatently obvious to everyone, but is very comforting to know: You can turn smash balls off. Thanks the Lawd. Cool music too.

Anyways, like Foxxy said...at least we have another one out of the way. This was at least semi-interesting, though.
