Someone created an epic Raichu moveset awhile ago ... probably long before the apocolypse. It was epic. I requested it. Raichu >>>>>> Pikachu.

no they do, that much is known. just like Sony is already planning a PS4 and micrsoft is planning the next Xbox

I would be disappointed if Raichu replaced Pikachu. It would most likely just be a trade of speed for power.
