The One Character That Would've Made Brawl Perfect

I see I left an impression with the dropping a weight class idea XD. Luckily I was ready for you, Storm, since I did some research and have about 20+ move-set ideas.

Darkwing Duck (Taunts: Down = Stares at the screen and you hear "Let's Get Dangerous" in the background, Side = Takes his magnifying glass and starts to walk a little as if looking for a clue, and Up = Purple smoke encircles him and when it clears you see him holding his cape out like wings. In the background you hear, "I am the terror that flaps in the night, I am the water balloon that lives right on your head, I am DARK WING DUCK!" (the second line is always different, but that's the one I liked the best))

B: Shoots his gas gun releasing tear gas. The shell releases the gas when it hits the nearest object (ground, character, etc.) doing 3% damage for every 0.5 seconds it hits a character. The gas continues to release for 2 seconds.

Side B: Darkwing Duck uses his gas gun to have a boxing glove shoot out. This attack has a range of Pikachu's Side A, does 12% damage, and has decent kick-back. If it hits, the background sound is "POW!"

Down B: Darkwing Duck has a small smokescreen (thick) appear at his feet due to him shooting it out of his gas gun. When the smoke covers him he then shoots out another grenade, which is filled with laughing gas, if it hits the opponent it does 8% damage. The attack takes about 1.5 seconds to do and, if successfully hits, causes the opponent to move in a stupor (like a shield breaking) for 1.2 seconds.

Up B: Shoots his grappling out causing it to wrap around the legs of any character it hits. When it hits it causes 1 second stun and slams the opponent on the floor (like when you dodge and lay on the floor and have to press up to recover). This attack does 8% damage and has a range about the same as Olimar's Side A. This attack can be used to grab on to a ledge.

A: Darkwing Duck does a left-handed karate chop and then follows up with a punch from the opposite hand. Each attack is separate meaning you have to press the A button twice to activate them at the same time (alternates). The karate chop causes 0.25 seconds of stun and 5% damage, while the punch does 12% damage and decent kick-back (non-charged). If charged, the karate chop does 0.5 seconds stun and 8% damage, while the punch does 19% damage and major kick-back.

Side A: Darkwing Duck kicks out at the opponent with one, major, kick; this attacks does 8% damage (non-charged). If charged, the attack still does 8% damage, but Darkwing Duck follows up by shooting out his grappling hook. The grappling hook shoots out at the person and if it hits the person, does 4% more damage and good kick-back.

Down A: Darkwing Duck spins around in a circle, hitting anyone near with his feet; this attack has the range of Pikachu's Down A and does 7% damage (non-charged). If the attack is fully charged it does 11% damage and twice as much kick-back (average).

Up A: Darkwing Duck takes out his gas gun and shoots up an explosive bomb into the air. It's kind of like Snake's mortar, but you can choose when to blow it up by pressing the grab button (like Snake's rocket launcher). If non-charged, the bomb falls slowly and does 7% damage and 0.75 seconds of stun. If fully charged, the bomb does 12% damage and a full 2 seconds of stun; the bombs fall speed is greatly increased.

Final Smash: Purple smoke fills the entire screen and you see a close-up of Darkwing Duck's face; he then says, "Let's get dangerous." Darkwing Duck then turns into "Dark Warrior Duck" and gets a new costume and weapons. A tank appears on one side of the screen and lets off a shot that kills anyone that is hit (small size, long range). The tank then disappears, but is replaced by Dark Warrior Duck's flying robots who home after the nearest player and attack them until they die (or time runs out). Dark Warrior Duck goes up to the highest weight class and takes damage at 1/2 of what he normally does and 1/4 of the kick-back. His gas gun is now a mini missile launcher and he can shoot them out by pressing B. This Final Smash only lasts for 10 seconds, so while deadly... it's short.

Darkwing Duck was a NES game, made by Capcom in 1992, so I'm sure Nintendo would be able to get the rights for him. After all, the show only aired for one year.

Not double posting so why bother editing :p. I'll count Brolly, Storm, if you count my "questionable" copy-right characters :p. It's hard to do research on obscure characters to see if Nintendo still retains copy-right privileges or could attain them.

@ Kingslayer: Thats pretty cool. I would never have thought of Darkwing Duck, though it was a funny show. Nice set King, but you still have another to catch up, and one of your own to get ahead.

Battletoads is a video game created by Rare Ltd. to rival the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles games.[1] The first game was released for the Nintendo Entertainment System in 1991 and then ported to the Amiga in 1992, Sega Mega Drive/Genesis and Sega Game Gear both in 1993, and Amiga CD32 in 1994.

Two anthropomorphic toads named after skin disorders (Rash and Zitz) have to save their friends Pimple and the Princess Angelica from the Dark Queen, ruler of Planet Ragnarok, with the assistance of Professor T. Bird and his space ship, The Vulture.
Rash (Taunts: Down = , Side = , and Up = )

B: Rash does a headbutt, growing Ram Horns in the process. This attack does 11% damage and little kick-back. If hit, the opponent takes 0.5 seconds of stun while Rash takes 0.25 seconds of stun.

Side B: Rashes slams both of his hands down onto the opponent causing the opponent to go into the ground, leaving only the head showing. This attack does 7% damage and causes the opponent to be stuck, in the ground, for 1.5 seconds or until they are hit.

Down B: Rash shoots his tongue out and, if hits the opponent, flies slightly into the air. Rash then proceeds to curl his body up, like a wrecking ball, and smashes into his opponent. This attack does 12% damage, major kick-back, but has a short range.

Up B: Rash tenses his legs up and springs into the air, smashing into anything that he hits. If hit, an opponent suffers 5% damage and above average kick-back. Rash goes into free fall mode after using this attack.

A: Punches with a weak punch that is able to be continuously used if the A button is repeatably pressed. The attack does no damage, on it's own, but instead gives "poison" damage; each hit stacks the damage done. For every hit taken the person suffers one damage counter; the damage counters do damage based on the total. For example... you hit an opponent 4 times with your A button... that means the attack would do 16% damage over 4 seconds. If you hit 3 times it would be 9% damage over 3 seconds.

Side A: Smacks out with an enlarged fist (five times the normal size) doing 5% (non-charged) and 12% (fully-charged) damage. If non-charged, the kick-back is minimal, but if fully charged it does major kick-back.

Down A: Kicks with an enlarged boot (five times the normal size) doing 7% damage (non-charged) and average kick-back. If fully charged, the attack does 15% damage and has major kick-back. This attack gets a bonus if the opponent is already in the ground; 3% more damage and a greater kick-back.

Up A: Rash flips into the air landing on his hands. Rash then proceeds to retract his feet towards his body. Rash kicks outwards with his feet, hitting anything above him. If non-charged this attack does 9% damage, while doing 12% if charged. The kick-back goes from decent to good depending on the charge.

Final Smash: Rash's partner, Zitz, appears on the screen. Zitz attacks enemies with his tongue, at super-speed, causing 1.5 second stun damage and dropping the opponents weight class by one. Rash, on the other hand, turns into a giant wrecking ball that you can control. Though the wrecking ball is slow, it has immense kick-back. This Final Smash lasts 15 seconds.

Excellent. Btw, only reason i did Broly was bc I had a brain fart....and i had already done some DBZ movesets on the previous pages.

Darkwing Duck... ? Is he a cartoon character that came from a video game or something... ?

Either way, the moveset is very innovative. It's definatly original as well, and while I honestly have nothing to back it up, seems like it'd fit the character well. His F-smash is also quite interesting since it's different when charged and uncharged. It's a great moveset, not excelllent, but great. Well done, King.

So CK..... I got nothin.... I cant think of any more sets right now, so ill just post more of them tomorrow. I definately got my spark back, and honestly, I think Grunty was my most....randomly original. Btw, I had to do the falling Credits thing, if you remember the N64, it would always be hell sitting through those Credits. And, all the Grunty quotes I used were actual quotes.

Darkwing Duck has been on a couple of times, HBO.... I liked the cartoon, very humorous. I think it was Daffy Duck....cant remember though.

Also, to be fair, I can give you some ideas for move-sets, if you want, Storm.

Edit: I edited a previous post with another move-set.

P.S. Who's turn is it now, Storm? Did my Viewtiful Joe count towards the move-set marathon, or did we start from scratch after that? If we started from scratch I'll go ahead with another one tomorrow or later tonight, but if it's your turn I'll just wait.

Edit 2.0: Already halfway done with a crazy move-set. It's taking forever because it has a lot of possibilities. Hopefully I'll finish it tomorrow... it's just too late, right now, to keep working on it.

Not sure, I think Veiwtiful Joe did count, but my Grunty and Broly also counted. Essentially, it is my turn. But you can make as many sets as you want, I just have to catch up. Ill have another set up in a bit.

I've done One! Who wins now? Oh, yeah, wait... It's the most. *Sighs* oh well... Lost again. I might try Geno (again), Mallow, or Dry Bones. Or maybe Monty Mole as a character/Assist

I found a secret!

Killer Instinct Gold: N64

Fulgore:

Special Abilities: Fulgore, being made of metal, takes 5% less damage from all physical attacks. In contrast, he takes an additional 10% of damage from any electrical or fire based attack.
B: Laser Storm: Fulgore charges electrical energy for 3 seconds max. At minimum charge, it shoots one short lightning blast that travels all the way across the screen. At max, it shoots three lightning blasts consecutively. They travel very fast, about as fast as Falcos Laser. Each laser blast deals 7% damage and .75 second stun.

Side B: Cyborg Rush: Fulgore dashes forward, knocking anything he hits out of the way and dealing 7% damage. Does no knockback, but makes the opponent collapse if hit.

Down B: Lightning Field: Fulgore showers himself in a field of lightning that remains around him for 1 second. If timed correctly, this field can deflect any projectile. If it hits an opponent, it deals 3% damage and good knockback. 1 second recovery time after this move is used.

Up B: Cybertronic Uppercut: Fulgore spins upward with his fist swirling above him in a corkscrew motion. Travels as high and fast as Sonics up B. If opponent(s) are caught in this attack, they are consumed in the corkscrew motion and are carried up to the top of Fulgore's attack, dealing 14% damage and good knockback. After using this, Fulgore enters freefall mode and cannot use it again until he touches the ground.

Final Smash: Ultimate Plasma Storm: Fulgore jumps into the center of the screen, suspended by the jetpacks on his feet, then spins wildly, firing off small but fast plasma beams in random directions. These beams are about as fast and as long as Falco's laser, and he shoots 25 of them consecutively in completely random directions. Each beam that hits causes 15%% damage, and medium knockback. This Final smash lasts 10 seconds.

Hellz yea. Killer Instinct....the mother of combat games....I do beleive it came out before Mortal Combat, so it could be looked at as the original fighting game. The first 3-d one at least. They should make another Killer Instinct for Hardcore fans like me.

I completely agree, Killer Instinct was one of the best fighting games to first come out (In 3d that is). Because non 3d there is Marvel vs. Capcom 2 which is stilll incredibly good.
