Hollow ichigo(plain white one)
Is it a crime to put spaces?
B=hollow ichigo cries hyaaaaa in a whisper and stabs straight forward, like marth but he travels a distance everytime like fox's side B,if touched by the sword the enemy is sent back and stunned for a maximum of 2 seconds shrouded in a white aura.it does a minimum of 10% and a maximum of 20%
First: How do you "cry" something in a "whisper"? Second: What is the charge time? Obviously, from the way you worded it, it must have a charge time? Third: 10% min 20% max, how does it calculate which it does? This coincides with problem #2. Not Enough Detail (NED)

upB=hollow ichigo jumps with an uppecut slash and comes down withhis sword,like ike's aether,then white energy is released sending the enemy back.it does 15%

downb=hllow ichigo grabs his sword with both hands and stabs the ground then a giant beam of white energy comes downward from the sky,like palkia and dialga,s attacks on spear pillar,while the enemy is hit he is stunned and then sent flying.it does a maximum of 20% if u hold the attack but if u just push it then it does 15%
NED. How long is he stunned? How far is he sent flying? How long do you have to hold the button for the extra damage? Is the downside the same for both types of the attack?
final smash=bankai,hollow ichigo uses bankai like ichigo if the beam of spirit energy touches u then u get 30% of damage.while in bankai form hollow ichigos attacks become differnet.bankai lasts for 1 minute.
Ok....NED. What energy beam? What direction is it? What size? How much knockback? And 1 minute is WAAAAAAY to long for any Final Smash to last.

note:in bankai to hits will kill u depending wer ur located.
hollow ichigo(normal) grab= he throws his sword and ties up
up=he tosses u up

backward=he tosses u then strangles u with his sord
down=he tighten the rope on his sword
bankai grab=he teleports for .5 second andgrabs u with his hand in the same spot
up:tosses u up and does a cero
forward: he throws u out the field
backward; he slashes u with his sword
down he chokes u and he leaves u there.

in bankai hollow ichigo can flinch but is can get hurt by a few hits he has a barrier that heals like a shield but very weak is destroyed by two consecutive hits.
everytime hollow ichigo attacks he laughs for 1 second leaving him vulnerable.

his sword can brake in normal mode if u hit him while taunting
he can only punch and kick using a buttons and grab with his rm also flash step
if u dont hit him for 5 seconds he will get his sword back
Overall, This moveset is bad. Im not trying to be a dick, but its really bad. No originality that I can see whatsoever, and not really any thought put into the moves. Plus, not as big a deal, but no move names. I understand your only 13, but if this is what your gonna dish out...ugh.
Look, I dont wanna break your spirit, mainly because your new, but I give criticism when I see its needed, and trust me, its needed. Sorry dude.
Jack (main protagonist of MADWORLD)
B moveset
B: Chainsaw Punch
Jack charges the punch when holding B. When he punches, his chainsaw pops out of his arm for extra damage. How powerful and how far the chainsaw sticks out depends on how long the B button is held.
To make this attack unique, you cannot charge it, then hold it to walk around, the release. It really is fusing the best and worst of both worlds between Cpt. Falcons Falcon Punch/Gannons Dark Punch and DKs Wind-Up Punch. The longer you hold it, the stronger the punch, but youre not moving till you punch, but you can release it sooner incase you need to move.
B over: Mandart
It starts off with Jack reaching out. If he grabs someone, he spins around and throws them forward. Whats so special? Well for starters its a very long distance throw and if the enemy is thrown into a wall or the ground the damage is double that of the usual wall/floor/ceiling contact damage. But the true beauty of this attack is, if there are any other enemies on the map Jack will aim for them and hit them with the thrown enemy. That is if they are in Jacks "line of sight" which is anything infront of him within a certain distance and at 75 degrees or less of an angle above or below Jack. The name of the attack is based off of the Mandart event you participate in MADWORLD.
B down: Bury the Hatchet
Jack grabs the enemy and pounds them downward, sticking them in the ground. Any other character that gets hit by the victim character on their way down will be forced into the ground aswell. (Note: Both B down and B over are technically grab attacks and can be fought againts if Jack doesn't issue the throw fast enough)
B up: Revin' Up (*downward meteor smash here*)
Jack jumps up with his chainsaw extended outward. When he reaches the peak of his jump he swings the chainsaw arm downward with great force.
A moveset

A: punch with normal hand
A 2nd time: outward knee
A 3rd time: after hitting with the knee, he further extends the leg to make a kick
A 4th time: Elbow with the mechanical arm
That combo looks pretty cool the way I picture it.
A over: forward motioned elbow with mechanical arm.
A over (charged): raises mechanical hand to charge, when released he brings it down like hes hitting them ontop of the head with the side of his fist.
A up: upward swat with normal hand
A up (charged): Uppercut with mechanical hand, using chainsaw.
A down: low kick
A down (charged): Crouches and spins once with his chainsaw hand.
Final Smash: Its a Mad Mad World Afterall.
It took me a while to think of what Jack final smash should be. Then I thought of one that would bring on the feel and essance(sp?) of MADWORLD... minus the blood, gore, and cursing since its Smash Bros. Jack gets the smash ball. You hit B. Then you hear Jack say, "Let the games begin."
Suddenly, props sprout up on the stage. Sign posts suddenly grow from the ground, giant spikes appear on some of the walls (This is known in MADWORLD as the "rose bush"), Barrels show up laying on the ground. As the man said, let the games begin. Only Jack can interact with these new items. The signpost can be ripped out of the ground, but since this is Super Smash Bros., instead of Jack stabbing through someones face, he just uses it like a golf club. Fore! They gone baby! The rose bush is for throwing enemies onto, but instead of them being stabbed onto it, they hit it, take damage, and go hurtling the oposite way. The tin barrels are for throwing at enemies, and act a lot like the barrels already in the game, but always empty and causes a one-hit-kill.
Taunt 1: Lights a cigarette
Taunt 2: Revs up chainsaw
Taunt 3: pops neck bones, you know, like how all the movie badasses do.

I'll do Cloud... eventually. I'll have to watch Final Fantasy Advent Children before I can do it. I need a visual aid for this one... just to little to go on. It'll be decent, though, don't worry.
