I'm not certain, because the game isn't out and I can't test them, but I'm guessing Pokemon Trainer.

And here's why. Same reason I played Zelda the most in Melee, the ability to change movesets mid-combat.

The ability to effectively change characters mid-round allows you to change play styles mid-round, throwing off opponents for several critical seconds.

So, I'll probably be going Pokemon Trainer, because it's three characters in one.
