I've heard of caching the memory using HDD will make the game run smoother because it doesn't have to spin all the time and make it hot. HDD will save some of the stuffs from the game disc thus your disc don't have to spin all the time to load stuffs.

For xbox360, I know that blue dragon is one of the games that supports this feature to make it run faster.

And I think I heard from somebody that ALL the ps3 supports this feature.
    Is it true?
if then that fact alone should make ps3 run superior to xbox360, right?

I know that gametrailer.com showed comparison between COD3, final night round3, tony hawk to show that xbox360 graphic is better but isn't it because ps3 game tool came out later than the xbox360 thus giving them disadventage?
